Bedrooms and bathrooms
Achnagairn sleeps 55 people in 24 individually designed bedrooms
Every bedroom (except two) has its own individually decorated bathroom, whether private or en-suite.
Reception rooms
The reception rooms are elegant and spacious with original open fireplaces and wood panelling. There is a vast dining room, drawing room with a view on 3 sides, and a library,
Stately ballroom with minstrels’ gallery which can seat up to 150 guests.
There is also a cinema, a table tennis room, a sauna and a beauty therapy room.
7 Luxury Lodges have opened on the grounds of the estate, which makes the total accommodation including the castle to 130.
Courtyard wing
There is an entirely separate wing. This would be ideal for one or two family units within the larger group. It allows the smaller party a high degree of privacy whilst still feeling very much part of the proceedings. The wing comprises a independent kitchen, dining/living room and five bedrooms with bathrooms.
The Grounds
The Castle stands in 15 acres of grounds with a river, woodlands and ancient trees. There are stunning formal gardens which can be seen from all the principal rooms of the castle.
