Estate Details

Keanchulish Lodge is located in a breathtaking position overlooking the sea and Ardmair Bay on the beautiful west coast of Scotland.  The property benefits from its own private beach in front the of house!  Keanchulish Estate offers salmon fishing on the Kanaird River as well as renowned trout fishing on three large lochs all with boats.  There are numerous other hill lochs for guests to fish and enjoy on the estate.  Mackerel fishing can also be arranged from a rowing boat with outboard, which will be skippered by the head keeper.

Keanchulish Lodge offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests plus a single bedroom for a cook, if required.  The house is very much a family home and as mentioned it is situated in a wonderful position overlooking the sea, offering guests unique west coast holiday experience.  The head keeper is a keen fisherman and will be available within the rental to assist fisherman on the river and the lochs.

2023 Rental:

£4700.00 – weekly rental during April, (last two weeks July without salmon fishing on the river), to include trout fishing.
£5700.00 – weekly rental during May, June & first two weeks July, first week August  (to include salmon fishing and trout fishing)

Dogs:

A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement only. Dogs are allowed in ground floor areas and not allowed upstairs or on furniture and must not be left unattended at anytime.

Housekeeping:

The Housekeeper provides a mid-week service at the Lodge (quick tidy up, hoover etc), this is included in your rental and usually occurs on a Wednesday/Thursday morning, for a couple of hours.  Please state at the time of booking, if you do not wish this housekeeping service to be included.  If you require additional housekeeping during your rental, this is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking.
